The two plans
Ansa has two plans. Both are billed monthly in US dollars, and both get the same receptionist: Sarah answers your calls around the clock, books into your calendar or CRM, takes messages, and flags emergencies to you. What changes is who finishes the setup and who looks after it once you're live.
Self-serve, $297 a month. You work through the five setup steps yourself and click Activate Sarah when everything checks out. Sarah starts answering the moment you activate. Afterward, the changes Ansa suggests on the What Sarah learned page wait for your approval.
Done-for-you, $497 a month. You work through the same five setup steps, but the last one is Submit for review. The Ansa team checks your setup and turns Sarah on for you. Once you're live, the team applies the suggested changes on What Sarah learnedfor you, and you can stop any change that hasn't gone live yet.
On both plans you connect your own calendar or CRM, in your own account. Ansa staff never sign in to your CRM or Google account for you.
The pricing page also lists Enterprise. That one isn't sold at checkout: it starts with a conversation through Talk to sales.
There's no setup fee, no per-seat pricing and no annual plan.
Flat rate, with capacity limits
Your price doesn't change with call volume. There are no per-minute charges and no overage bills, on either plan.
Every account does have capacity limits, and they're the same on both plans:
1. 50 calls at the same time on your Ansa number.
2. 1,500 call minutes in any rolling 24 hours.
3. 500 calls in a day.
These sit far above what a single-location service business uses. If you reach 80% of a limit, you get a Usage notice alert. Calls past a limit aren't answered, so if you see a Usage notice, email hello@tryansa.ai and we'll look at your capacity with you.
How you pay
There's no free trial. You pay for your first month at checkout, through Stripe, before setup starts. That first charge is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
After that, your plan renews every month until you cancel. Sales tax may be added depending on where your business is. You can see your plan, price and next invoice date under Billing, and change the card you pay with from the same page.
Switching plans
You can't switch plans from inside the dashboard, and the Stripe billing page can't do it either. To move from Self-serve to Done-for-you, or back, email hello@tryansa.ai from the email address on your account and tell us which plan you want.
The team makes the change on our side. If you want to know how the switch affects your next invoice, ask in the same email. Don't cancel and sign up again to switch: cancelling releases your Ansa number, and a closed account can't be restarted from the Billing page.
If you're thinking about Done-for-you because setup is taking longer than you'd like, say so in your email. Mia, Ansa's launch lead, helps customers through setup.
Troubleshooting
Can I pay yearly to get a discount?
No. Both plans are monthly only, and there's no annual option.
Billing shows a different plan than I meant to buy.
The plan card on Billing shows either Self-serve AI Receptionist or Done-For-You AI Receptionist, with its monthly price.
If it's the wrong one, email hello@tryansa.ai and we'll switch it. If you're still inside your first 14 days, you can also use Cancel and refund on Billing instead.
I got a Usage notice. Will I be charged extra?
No. There are no overage charges. The notice warns you that you're close to a capacity limit, past which calls aren't answered. Email us so we can sort out capacity before that happens.
