Before you sign up.

Can I be in more than one program?
Yes — affiliate + reseller is a common combo (refer one-offs through your channels, resell to active retainers). Affiliate + white-label is also fine. Reseller + white-label is mutually exclusive: pick one for any given client.
What happens if my client decides to leave my agency?
The Ansa account stays with the shop. You can transfer ownership to them at any time — we'll work with both of you on the handover. Recurring revenue share continues for 12 months after transfer; after that the account converts to direct billing.
Do you cap how many clients I can manage on the reseller program?
No cap. We have agencies running 60+ shops through their multi-client dashboard. At ~25 clients we'll give you a dedicated partner manager — before that you share one with the rest of the program.
What does the white-label minimum commit actually mean?
You commit to 100 active lines (forwarded phone numbers) within the first 12 months. If you fall short, we charge the difference at our standard rate — no penalties or punitive fees. Most partners hit 100 within their first 4 months.
Are affiliate payouts taxed as income?
Yes — we issue 1099s (or international equivalent) for any year you earn more than $600. Affiliate dashboard exports a tax summary in January.
What if my integration idea is something you've never built before?
That's most of them. Send us the use case — if it's net-new and we think there's market demand, we'll prioritize it. We've shipped 14 of our 18 integrations at the request of a single partner.
