Common questions about billing

What shops actually ask before signing up.

  • Is there a setup fee or implementation charge?

    No. Your first month is your subscription. The two-hour intake call, voice training, and integration setup are included in every plan — including Self-serve.

  • What's the contract? Can I cancel any time?

    Month-to-month, no minimum term. Cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing us — takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    We do reach out before you cancel because the call data usually points to a fixable issue — let us look first.

  • What happens if I go over my call limit?

    The plan limits are soft. Overage calls are billed at $0.40/call — significantly under the value Sarah recovers on each call. If you're consistently over, we'll suggest moving you to the next tier (which is usually cheaper than the overage anyway).

    Multi-location has no overage — calls are unlimited.

  • Do you charge per phone, per user, or per truck?

    None of those. You pay one flat subscription. Add as many phones, users, and trucks as you want — we charge by calls handled, not seats. Unlimited dashboard logins included on every plan.

  • Annual billing vs. monthly — what's the real difference?

    Annual saves you about 17% — you pay 10 months for 12. Still cancellable anytime; we pro-rate refunds for the unused months if you're not happy.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan, no questions asked. If Sarah doesn't pay for herself by week 4 (she almost always does), we'll refund the full first month.

    After that, refunds are case-by-case — usually granted in full.

  • Are taxes and call/SMS charges extra?

    Outbound SMS recaps to you are included. Inbound call minutes are included up to the plan's monthly cap. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your state.

  • Can I switch plans later?

    Any time, in either direction. Upgrades pro-rate immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We'll flag it if your call volume suggests a different tier would be cheaper for you.
