  • What's the contract? Can I cancel any time?

    Month-to-month, no minimum term. Cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing us; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    We do reach out before you cancel because the call data usually points to a fixable issue, so let us look first.

  • What happens when I get a lot of calls?

    Nothing changes; calls are unlimited on every plan. No per-call charge, no metering, no overage. Sarah answers as many as come in, including dozens at once during a sudden rush.
