What Done-for-you means
Done-for-you is the $497 a month plan. Self-serve is $297. Both get the same Sarah, the same dashboard and the same capacity. The difference is who finishes the job. On Self-serve, you press Activate Sarah yourself, and you approve every improvement she gets. On Done-for-you, Mia, our launch lead, and the Ansa team review your setup, turn Sarah on, and apply improvements for you after that.
You can sign up for Done-for-you on our website, or on a call with our team, who text you a payment link. Either way you land in the same setup.
The same five steps
Done-for-you customers go through the same setup as everyone else, because you know your business better than we do:
1. Tell us about your business: address, hours, services, service area. Anything Ansa found on your website or Google profile is already filled in for you to confirm.
2. The judgment calls only you know: your dealbreakers, your top caller questions, your after-hours rule.
3. Where bookings should land: connect your calendar or CRM.
4. Forward your number: send every call, or only the calls you miss, to your Ansa number.
5. Submit for review.
Your answers save as you go. On Done-for-you, our team assigns your Ansa number. Until it's ready, step 4 says your number is being provisioned and shows the forwarding code once it lands. If forwarding gets confusing, pick I'm not sure in step 4 and press Wait for Mia: she'll set it up with you. Details are in how to forward your business line.
Submit for review
The last step reads Hand it to Mia. It shows a summary of everything from the four steps before it: services, service area, hours, FAQ topics, calendar or CRM, and forwarding. Press Submit for review.
The page then reads Mia is reviewing your setup. Mia checks your setup and turns Sarah on within one business day. If anything needs confirming, she reaches out to you. Until Sarah is live, you can keep editing anything in the earlier steps, and your dashboard shows her status the moment she's on. You don't press Activate yourself on this plan: the activation button is for Self-serve accounts only.
Your calendar and CRM
Done-for-you doesn't mean we sign in to your accounts. Connecting Google Calendar, Jobber, Square Appointments, Zoho CRM, Clio Manage or GoHighLevel means signing in to that system and approving access. Only you can do that, from your own account, because it needs your password. Ansa staff never sign in to your CRM or your Google account for you.
The connection is still yours to manage after you go live: if it ever needs reconnecting, you get an alert and a Reconnect button on Integrations. See connecting your calendar or CRM for every supported system.
After you go live
Ansa reviews Sarah's calls and finds things to improve: questions she couldn't answer, prices or services that need updating. On Done-for-you, the What Sarah learned page shows these under Our team is on it. You don't have to do anything: the team makes the changes, and each one shows up in the What Sarah learned history on the same page.
Some changes apply right away. Others wait 48 hours first, with a countdown like Goes live in 2 days. If you disagree with one, press Stop this before it goes live. Most changes that already went live can be reversed with Undo in that history.
You can still edit anything yourself, any time. Changes you save on Services & pricing, FAQ, Hours or Profileapply on Sarah's next call.
