Fewer than 1 in 10 ask. Sarah's voice is warm, calm, and the same persona every time. You can choose: identify as a virtual agent always, only on first calls, or never. Most owners pick "never."
What if Sarah doesn't know an answer?
She says what your best receptionist would: "Good question — let me have the owner ring you back on that." She books the callback, captures the question, and texts you.
Can Sarah make outbound calls?
Yes — the lapsed/callback playbook reaches out to leads that didn't close, re-qualifies, and books an estimate when the customer is ready.

Setup, billing & security

Do I have to port my number?
No. You forward your existing number with a *72 code. ~30 seconds. Your number stays yours, your phone still rings, Sarah catches what you don't. Dial *73 to undo.
How long does setup take?
DIY: ~20 minutes in our setup wizard. DFY: a 15-minute kickoff call, live the same afternoon. No hardware, no porting, no SIP voodoo.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any month. If you cancel in the 14-day trial you owe nothing. Dial *73 and your phone goes back to ringing how it did before.
HIPAA, SOC 2 & privacy?
SOC 2 Type II by default. HIPAA-compliant for dental/vet on request with BAA. Recordings encrypted at rest, access-logged, never used for training.
