What if Sarah doesn't know an answer?
She says what your best receptionist would: “Good question. Let me have the owner ring you back on that.” She books the callback, captures the question, and texts you. She never makes something up. The honest version: a sharp human still reads a nervous caller better than she does. What Sarah does better is never miss the call in the first place. And she stays in her lane: she captures and books, but never gives medical, clinical, or legal advice. She asks only how urgent the caller says it is, then routes those straight to you. The one exception is a safety hazard, like a burning smell, a gas leak, or a sparking panel, where she gives the standard make-safe step, like kill the breaker and get everyone out, and pages you immediately.
Can Sarah make outbound calls?
Not at launch. Sarah is inbound-only today; she answers every call that comes in, 24/7. Automated outbound callbacks are on our roadmap. When a past caller rings back, she picks up right where the last conversation left off.
What's covered in Bilingual EN/ES?
Sarah switches mid-call without dropping the customer. Spanish-first callers get the full intake experience in Spanish, including booking and recap.

Do I have to port my number?
No. You forward your existing number with a *72 code. ~30 seconds. Your number stays yours, your phone still rings, Sarah catches what you don't. Dial *73 to undo.
How long does setup take?
DIY: ~10 minutes in our setup wizard. DFY: our team builds it for you, live the same afternoon. No hardware, no porting, no SIP voodoo.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any month. If you cancel in the 14-day trial you owe nothing. Dial *73 and your phone goes back to ringing how it did before.
How do you handle our data and transcripts?
Every call is transcribed, with a call-handling disclosure where your state requires one. Transcripts and recaps live in your dashboard, exportable anytime and deletable on demand. Cancel whenever and take your data with you.
