Export your call list
Open Calls on a computer
The Export button only shows on the computer layout of the dashboard, at the top right of the Callspage. The phone layout doesn't have it.
Pick what you want
The export follows the chip and the search you have on. Choose All for everything, or Booked, Callbacks, No book or Leads for just those calls. A phone number in the search box limits the file to calls from that number.
Press Export
A file named like
calls-2026-10-15.csvdownloads straight away. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
What's in the file
One row per call, newest first, with these columns:
started_at_local: when the call started, in your business's time zone, with the offset from UTC at the end, like 2026-10-15T09:30:00-07:00. The offset keeps the time exact across daylight saving changes.
caller_phone: the number, written with a leading apostrophe, like '+12125550147. The apostrophe stops the spreadsheet from treating the plus sign as a formula.
caller_name: filled in when Sarah booked the caller or recorded a lead, blank otherwise. service: the service Sarah booked, if any.
outcome: how the call ended, as a short code: booked, rescheduled, cancelled, emergency_handled, lead_captured, transferred, callback_requested, spam or no_intent. What each one means is in Reading a call.
status: the call's technical state, normally completed. duration_seconds: length in seconds. would_have_missed: the flag the recovered revenue estimate uses. has_booking: true when the call produced a booking.
Transcripts are not in this file. Calls older than 30 days have a blank phone number and name, because Ansa clears those after 30 days. Browser test calls are never included.
The 200-call limit
One export holds at most the 200 most recent calls that match your chip and search. When there were more, the last line of the file says the export was cut off. To get further back, narrow the list with a chip or a phone number and export again. There is no date range filter.
Export your Overview numbers
On the Overview page, on a computer, the Trends section has its own Export button. Pick 24h, 7 days or 30 days first, then press it. You get a file named like trends-7d-2026-10-15.csv.
The top block has the headline figures for that window: calls, bookings, estimated recovered revenue and response rate, each with its percentage change from the window before. Below that is one row per day, oldest first, with the same four figures. How each number is worked out is in Reading your Overview.
Both files are plain spreadsheets. There is no direct connection to accounting software.
A full copy of your data
For everything Ansa holds on your account, not just a call list, email hello@tryansa.ai and the team creates a full export for you. One is also created automatically if you cancel. It arrives as a download link valid for 7 days. The details are in Getting a copy of your data.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the Export button.
You're on the phone layout. Open the dashboard on a computer, or widen your browser window.
The file has fewer calls than I expected.
Check which chip and search were on when you pressed Export. The file also stops at 200 calls; look for the cut-off note on the last line.
The times are hours off.
started_at_local uses the time zone shown on your Hours page, which follows your Main address on Profile. If that time zone is wrong, fix the address.
Older rows have no phone number or name.
Those are cleared 30 days after each call. See What Ansa keeps from a call.
