Quick exports
For everyday needs, you don't have to ask anyone. Two pages have an Export button:
1. Calls (on a laptop or desktop). Downloads a CSV of the 200 most recent calls that match the filter chip and phone-number search you have on screen, including the Leads chip. Each row has the call time (in your business's time zone, with its offset from UTC), caller phone and name, service, outcome, status, length in seconds, whether it was a call you would have missed, and whether it produced a booking.
2. Overview. The Export on the trends card downloads your dashboard numbers for the window you picked.
Caller phone numbers are cleared 30 days after each call, so older rows in the Calls export come without one. More on the Calls export in Exporting your calls to a spreadsheet.
The full data bundle
The bundle is a single ZIP file with your calls, bookings and the records behind your dashboard. There's no button to create one yourself. You get one in two ways:
1. Automatically when your plan ends. Ansa builds it when you cancel, when you claim the 14-day refund, or when an unpaid account reaches its last 14 days.
2. On request. Email hello@tryansa.ai from the address on your account and ask for a data export. The team creates it for you.
When it's ready, you get a Your data export is readyalert with a download link, sent by email (or by text if there's no email to send it to). The text also tells you where to get a new link later: Billing > Your data exports > Generate new download link.
What's in the bundle
Inside the ZIP you'll find these files. CSV files open in Excel or Google Sheets. JSONL files are plain text with one record per line.
call_logs.jsonl: one record per call, with the transcript for calls still inside the 30-day window.bookings.csv: one row per booking Sarah made.roi_attribution.csv: the recovered-revenue estimate behind each booking, plus a total.crm_mappings.csv: which calendar or CRM you connected. Provider names only, never your keys or passwords.call_digests.jsonl: Ansa's review of each call.improvement_proposals.jsonl: every change suggested or made through What Sarah learned.tenant_documents.jsonl: a list of the documents you uploaded (names and details, not the files themselves).manifest.json and README.txt: what each file contains and how many rows it has.
Downloading it
Each download link works for 7 days. Your bundles also appear on Billing in the Your data exports card, with the date, size and number of calls and bookings.
While the link is live, click Download bundle. Once it has expired, click Generate new download linkto get a fresh one. You can do that up to 5 times per bundle. After the fifth, email us and we'll recover it for you.
On an account that's still active, a bundle you asked for by email is deleted about a week after its link expires, so download it promptly. After your account closes, you have about 30 days to download your data before it's deleted. Your account becomes read-only once it closes, but you can still sign in and reach Billing to download.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Export button on Calls.
It only shows on wider screens. Open the dashboard on a laptop or desktop.
I don't see a Your data exports card on Billing.
The card only appears once a bundle exists for your account. If you haven't cancelled, email hello@tryansa.ai to request one.
The card says Export failed.
Something went wrong building that bundle, and the Ansa team is alerted automatically. You don't need to do anything, but you can email us if you need the data by a certain date.
I want my data deleted, not exported.
Email hello@tryansa.ai from the address on your account and ask for deletion.
