The briefing
The top card greets you by the time of day in your time zone and sums up today in one sentence, such as In the last 24 hours, Sarah answered 6 calls and booked 2 jobs. The counts run from midnight in your time zone, and the jobs are appointments Sarah booked that fall on today's date. On a day with nothing yet it says All quiet so far.
On a computer, a strip under the sentence repeats today's calls, jobs booked and after-hours jobs, with an arrow showing the change from yesterday.
If one of your 10 most recent calls asked for a callback or ended without a booking, and Ansa has that caller's name, you get a button like Call Dana back that opens that call. On a computer, when there is no such caller, the first button is Review hours instead, and Review services always sits next to it.
Up in the top bar, a pill shows Sarah is on a call when a call was in progress as the page loaded, and No live call otherwise. Refresh to update it.
Picking a time window
On a computer, the Trends section has three buttons: 24h, 7 days and 30 days. They set the window for the four numbers below. 24h means today since midnight; 7 days (the default) means today plus the six days before; 30 days works the same way. The Export button next to them downloads the figures as a spreadsheet.
On your phone there is no toggle. The numbers show under This week, the 7-day window.
The four numbers
Recovered revenue: the estimated value of the jobs Sarah booked in the window. Explained in the next section.
Calls answered: calls Sarah handled, with a line like of 52 (94%)showing all calls in the window and the share she answered. Spam and calls that dropped or failed don't count as answered.
Booking rate: calls that ended as Booked, divided by all calls in the window. Every call counts, including spam and wrong numbers, so a spammy week pulls the rate down. The Industry: 42% line under it is a fixed reference figure for comparison. It is not calculated from your calls.
After-hours bookings (labelled Would have been missed): bookings in the window whose appointment time is before 8 AM or from 6 PM on, your local time. This uses that fixed cutoff, not the hours you set on the Hours page, and goes by the appointment time, not the time of the call.
If Sarah records leads for your business, a Leads captured card with a count of hot leads takes the place of After-hours bookings.
The percentage next to Recovered revenue compares this window with the one just before it, of the same length. A dash means the earlier window had nothing to compare against. On a computer, the small bars show the day-by-day pattern.
How Recovered revenue is estimated
Recovered revenue is the number of calls in the window that ended as Booked, multiplied by your average job value. It is a model, not money received: it doesn't know what each job actually cost, whether it went ahead, or whether the customer cancelled later.
Out of the box, the average job value is $400. To use your own figure, go to Profile. On a computer, click Edit next to your name and role at the top of the page; on a phone, use the Your business section. Fill in Average job value ($) as a whole dollar amount. Leave it blank to go back to $400. The new value applies to every figure the next time the page loads, including past windows.
Recent calls and Today's bookings
Recent calls lists your latest calls, five on a computer and four on a phone, with the outcome, length and how long ago each one came in. On a phone, tap a call to open it. On a computer, click View all → for the full Calls page and open the call from there.
Today's bookings lists appointments Sarah booked that are scheduled for today, with the time, customer, job and status. It only shows bookings Sarah made, not everything on your calendar. On a phone, tap a booking to open the call it came from.
The Test call button
Test call in the top bar starts a call with Sarah in your browser. It stays greyed out until your Ansa number is ready; hover over it to see why. Test calls never count toward any number on this page. See Hearing Sarah before your callers do.
Troubleshooting
The numbers show dashes and say Showing your last sync.
The dashboard couldn't load your figures this time. Sarah is still answering calls. Refresh the page in a minute.
The briefing says nothing happened, but I had calls last night.
The briefing counts from midnight. Switch the window to 7 days or open Calls to see yesterday.
My booking rate looks low next to 42%.
Spam, wrong numbers and existing customers rescheduling all count as calls without a new booking. Open Calls and check the No book chip to see what those callers wanted.
These numbers don't match my CRM.
The Overview only counts calls Sarah answered and bookings she made. Jobs you booked yourself aren't in it, and bookings are counted by appointment date.
