Where you connect
You connect your booking system in two places. During setup it is step 3, Where bookings should land, and the system you picked at signup is already selected. After you are live, it is the Integrations page in the sidebar, headed Where bookings land., where + Connect another opens the same list.
Only the account owner can connect, set up or disconnect a booking connection. You do it yourself, signed in to your own account. Ansa staff never sign in to your CRM or your Google account for you, on any plan, including Done-for-you.
What works today, and how
Each system connects one way. You don't choose the method: the tile you pick shows the one that applies.
Sign in once. You click Connect, approve Ansa on the vendor's own screen and come straight back. Ansa never sees your password. This covers Google Calendar, Jobber, Square Appointments (needs Appointments Plus or Premium), Zoho CRM (Services enabled, US-region accounts), Clio Manage (US accounts) and GoHighLevel.
Paste an API key. You create a key inside your system and paste it into Ansa. This covers Housecall Pro (MAX plan), Workiz (Developer API, Ultimate plan), JobNimbus, Acuity Scheduling (Premium or Powerhouse) and Cal.com (cloud, US). Each has its own steps in Connecting with an API key.
Send to Mia.ServiceTitan and AccuLynx are not self-serve. Their tile asks for your team's email and Send to Mia passes it to Mia, who gets in touch to set it up with you.
If you don't use a CRM, pick Google Calendar. It is the default booking destination and works on every plan.
Connecting, step by step
Pick your system's tile
In step 3 or under + Connect another, click the tile. A connect row opens under it with a sign-in button or the field for your key.
Sign in, or paste your key
For a sign-in system, click Connect and approve every permission the vendor asks for. For a key system, paste the key. Ansa checks a key with the vendor before saving it; if the vendor refuses it, nothing is saved.
Finish the setup screen
Most systems then ask where bookings should go. Google Calendar asks which calendar gets appointments and which others block your time. Jobber asks for a visit length and who gets the bookings. Square asks for a location, service and team member. Zoho asks for a service, team member and appointment location. Clio asks for a booking calendar, busy calendars and an appointment length. GoHighLevel asks for the calendar, who gets each appointment and the pipelines for estimates and new leads (plus the sub-account, if Ansa is installed on more than one). Housecall Pro asks whether a booked call goes to your Job Inbox or onto the schedule. Workiz and JobNimbus ask for an appointment length, the job or task type and who it's assigned to. Acuity asks for a calendar and appointment type, and Cal.com for an event type.
Wait for the check, then Activate
Ansa runs its connection check. Once it passes, the connection can receive bookings. In setup, carry on to the next step; on the Integrations page, click Activate to make it the place Sarah books into.
The connection check
The check is read-only. When it passes you see Ansa checked the required permissions. No test appointment was made. Nothing is written to your calendar or CRM to prove it works.
Activate stays disabled until the check passes, and going live needs a verified, healthy connection. If the check fails, the panel says what to fix, such as approving a missing permission or picking a different calendar, and Check connection runs it again. After you are live, Ansa re-checks saved connections every 24 hours and sends you a Reconnect your CRM alert if one stops working.
If yours isn't listed
Under the tiles, Don't see yours? Search all CRMslets you search the full list or request a system that isn't there. A request goes to Mia, who follows up when it is ready. At signup, picking a system that isn't open yet puts you on a waitlist instead of charging you, and Ansa emails you when your spot opens.
Sarah can't book into Outlook or Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce or FieldEdge today, and there is no Zapier or webhook connection. FieldEdge has a tile in the list, but a key saved there isn't used to book. Sarah never takes payments or sends invoices. If your system isn't supported, Google Calendar works in the meantime.
Troubleshooting
It says my app isn't open for self-serve connect yet.
Some systems open for self-serve one at a time. Email hello@tryansa.ai and Mia walks you through connecting it. You still do the sign-in yourself.
I cancelled the sign-in, or it timed out.
Nothing was connected. A sign-in link only works once and only for a few minutes, so a page reading Let's try that again just means you should click Connect again.
It says the account is already connected to another Ansa account.
One vendor account can feed one Ansa account. Disconnect it in the other Ansa account first, then connect it here.
It says only the account owner can connect.
Booking connections are owner-only. Sign in to Ansa as the owner and run the step from there.
