The numbers, and where they came from.
A text on Sunday with the week in four numbers. The same numbers on the dashboard, in whichever window you want. And a CSV of every row underneath them, so your own spreadsheet can check our work.
Last 7 days
How that revenue figure is made: booked calls we think you would have missed, times a $400 default job value. A model, not your invoice book.
The week, in one text.
Not a newsletter and not a PDF. A text message on Sunday morning with the four numbers that moved, and a link into the dashboard if you want what is behind them.
- Calls she answered over the last seven days
- Bookings, and what we estimate they are worth
- Response rate for the week
- A link straight into your dashboard, signed and good for seven days
On by default. Turn it off in notification settings, or reply STOP.
It is a text, so I actually read it. Ninety seconds on a Sunday and I know whether the week paid.

DeliveredEvery number, with its arithmetic.
Four metrics. That is all of them, and this is exactly how each one is produced.
| Metric | How it is computed | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Calls | Every call that reached her inside the window you picked. | Leads. A wrong number is a call. |
| Bookings | Calls that ended with an appointment written to your calendar or CRM. | Quotes given, or jobs completed. |
| Recovered revenue | Booked calls flagged as ones you would have missed, times a $400 default job value. | Invoiced revenue. Nothing here is paid yet. |
| Response rate | Calls she answered, divided by calls that came in. | A conversion rate. |
That $400 is a flat default, identical for every business on Ansa. We do not collect your average ticket yet, so we name the number we used instead of implying we know yours.
The rows underneath, in a file.
Two clicks from the dashboard. No sales call, no analyst, no export ticket.
- Trends CSVThe window you are looking at, plus the daily series behind each of the four numbers.
- Calls CSVOne row per call, matching whichever filter is on screen: the day, the outcome, the search.
- The full bundleEvery call, every booking, and an ROI worksheet that hands you the inputs so you can apply your own close rate and your own ticket.
A business with no calls gets a file with only headers. We do not fill it in.
The report is only as good as the calls behind it.
Put your number in and hear one. She calls back as your business, and the numbers on this page get something concrete behind them.
