Several saved, one active
Open Integrations in the sidebar. The Booking connections list shows every connection you have saved. The active one reads Sarah writes bookings here and carries an Active badge. It receives every new booking.
Any other saved connection reads Connected, not active. It is ready to switch to, but Sarah doesn't book into it. Only the account owner can change any of this.
Switching where Sarah books
Make sure the new system is connected
If it isn't in the list yet, click + Connect another and connect it. See Connecting your calendar or CRM.
Let the connection check pass
Activatestays disabled until Ansa's read-only check has passed for that connection. If it shows Finish setup, finish that first.
Click Activate
You see Sarah now books intofollowed by the system's name. From the next call on, new bookings go there. Your old connection stays saved as Connected, not active.
Changing a connection's setup
Edit setupon a row reopens that system's setup screen: the visit length and technicians for Jobber, the calendar and pipelines for GoHighLevel, the blocking calendars for Google Calendar, and so on. Save, and the change applies from Sarah's next call. You don't need to disconnect to change these.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the row. A dialog asks you to confirm: it removes the saved connection, and new bookings no longer go to that system. Choose Disconnect to go ahead, or Keep connected to back out.
Disconnecting a connection that isn't active changes nothing for callers. Disconnecting the active one does:
If Google Calendar is connected, Sarah falls back to it and you see Sarah now books into Google Calendar.
If not, the page shows No active booking connection. Sarah keeps answering, but she can't book: she takes callback numbers instead until you activate or connect something.
Troubleshooting
Activate says the CRM couldn't pass its connection check.
The check panel under the row says what to fix, such as approving a missing permission or choosing a different calendar. Fix it, then click Check connection and try again.
The row says Reconnect needed.
The system stopped accepting Ansa's access. Click Reconnect: sign-in systems run the sign-in again, and key systems open a box for a new key.
I disconnected by mistake.
Connect it again with + Connect another, then click Activate once the check passes. Check Edit setup afterwards to confirm your choices.
I want to move the account to a different vendor login.
Disconnect it here first, then connect again while signed in to the other login. A vendor account can only be connected to one Ansa account at a time.
